Lozere, a country for nature lovers and fishermen

There are in Lozere more than 2700 km of rivers and mountain streams with for instance the Lot and the Tarn rivers that go the Garonne, the Allier and Chapeauroux rivers that later go to the Loire river and the Altier and Chassezac rivers that go to the Rhone.

European Bisons Park

Close to Saint-Eulalie, you will be able to visit a 200 hectare width natural reserve where live a herd of bisons.

The Gevaudan wolves

In Sainte-Lucie, more than 100 wolves live free range in a many hectare width park These wolves come from Canada, Russia, Siberia, Mongolie or Poland. Visits are organized with wolf experts.

In this park, wolves are respected as wild animals always should. An information space at the entrance provide information on wolves (multimedia animations, shop, books).

Le viaduc de Millau

In Millau (Aveyron), you will discover the famous viaduc de Millau designed by the British Lors Norman Foster.

This bridge owns the world record for the heigth of its central pier (244.92 meters high).

In spite of its 205 000 tons, it is a really smart bridge.
